Tony has seen and done a lot during long years of developing his career. Now, he's finally ready to lead a quiet life in retirement. On that occasion, he wishes for his old printing house to become a comfortable home he could move into. Its convenient location also allows him to still keep an eye on a family business after passing the baton to the younger generation.
