They tend to be easier to sell a property to as soon as there is a kitchen, and any multiple bedrooms or bathrooms. To fully satisfy their requirements (and that they want the most rooms of any buyer), it is best to use the largest properties in the game.
When completely emptying out a property and demolishing all interior walls, this Buyer is frequently at the top of the bidders for some reason.
