Chang Choi is one of the default house Buyers that is part of the regular "House Flipper" game mode.

Each Buyer's favor is based on the rooms available, the space available in each room, and the addition of particular objects placed. Each buyer has their own preference, and tailoring a renovation to a specific buyer's likes and dislikes will cause them to pay more for the property. Listed below are actions and purchasable objects that will increase Chang Choi's favor for the property.

Additional Notes
In general, keep the house as minimalistic as possible.
When it comes to his living space (such as his bed), Chang prefers cheap furniture. But when it comes to his study space (such as his desk and shelves), he prefers more expensive furniture.
If he is being outbid by Dolan Trusk or Rafael Erko:
- Remove the 3rd bookshelf.
- Simplify the Bathroom to only contain a Toilet.
- Add 1-3 Kid toys (such as Foam Cube). He won't like the toys but the other two hate toys more.
Recommended Properties
In general you will want a smaller house as the ideal for him is only two rooms total, the bathroom and the bedroom/study. You will usually need to Demolish all internal walls except for bathroom walls to reach this point.

First office
First Office: Clean and remove all trash. Sell everything in the main room except the metal desk (it's easier to move it around the room to sell the tools on it and not accidentally sell the desk). Add the Green Mantis bed and a green Loftiti desk bookcase (just one or Rafael will appear as the highest bidder). In the bathroom we sell the installation of radiators. Then sell the bathroom door and destroy the two walls of the bathroom to turn it into a multifunctional room.
Chang has no real complaints. He will say he wants a sauna, what others say, like the Jantart family. Chang offers about 2.5 thousand euros less than what the house is worth. You can try to negotiate or recover money from future sales.
