Recommended Properties
- Pink kingdom - Sell all furniture and decorations, except wardrobe and Linen Closet in the upstairs Closet, and he'll be at the top of the list.
- Alleyway of lights - Top floor is already pink. Removing all electronics and adjusting walls for new Closet and Sauna is enough (note a 2nd bathroom/2nd bathtub is not required).
