The Office is one of the many types of Rooms that can be created within House Flipper. A space must be completely enclosed within walls and lintels to be counted as its own room. A Room can only have one label at a time.
Requirements[]
To officially label a Room as a "Office", it must have a minimum of the following FIVE pieces of furniture:
- Desk
- Office Chair
- Cabinet
- Bookcase
- Picture OR Carpet
Additional Notes[]
This room type has highly specific requirements.
- For the chair, make sure you are using one of the "Office Chair" variants, such as Office Chair, Bright-colored Office Chair, or Light-colored Office Chair.
- For the bookcase, any furniture piece with "Bookcase" in its name will count.
- For the cabinet, any furniture under the "Office" category with "cabinet" in its name will count (except "staff cabinet").
Room Conversion[]
This room can be converted into a different room type when additional objects are placed within it.
- Home Library - Add 1 Bookcase, remove Office Cabinet
- Family Room - Add Sofa, Coffee Table, TV Stand/Kitchen Cabinet, TV, and Kid's toy
