- Family House - Clean everything. Turn one of the upstairs bathrooms into a sauna (benches, heater, door was all I needed). Delete the double bed and the couch upstairs. Replace with cheap single bed (must say single bed). Delete everything out of the upstairs bedrooms besides the bed. He instantly jumped to the top.
