The Living Room with Kitchenette is one of the many types of Rooms that can be created within House Flipper. A space must be completely enclosed within walls and lintels to be counted as its own room. A Room can only have one label at a time (can be seen in the middle right of the screen while standing in the room).
Requirements[]
To officially label a Room as a "Living Room with Kitchenette", it must have a minimum of the following FOUR fixtures/furniture:
- Sofa
- Coffee table
- Kitchen Sink
- Oven (previously Refrigerator)
Room Conversion[]
This room can be converted back into a into Living Room by removing the Kitchen Sink and Oven. It can also be converted into a Family Room with Kitchenette by adding a TV, TV Stand OR Kitchen Cupboard, Toy, Bookcase, and Carpet OR Picture
