In general he wants everything to be new, expensive, and clean which often means removing/selling everthing and replacing it. Consider adding a Home Cinema to a property to catch his interest.
- Home Admin-Legends - Has most of the amenities he wants. Remove the kitchen and turn it into a home theater. Don't forget the coffee table(s).
- Connoisseur's House - Clean and repair all. Sell everything including lights. Remove walls until there is 1 bathroom, 1 large bedroom, and 1 large living room space. Add new furniture (such as Hermes brand) and light fixtures.
