The Kitchen is one of the many types of Rooms that can be created within House Flipper. A space must be completely enclosed within walls and lintels to be counted as its own room. A Room can only have one label at a time (can be seen in the middle right of the screen while standing in the room). Based on the room size you may see the Kitchen categorized as "Large Kitchen" (when greater than 20m²) or "Small Kitchen" (when smaller than 10m²).
Many buyers like to have a kitchen, especially the Buyers with "Family" in their title.
Requirements[]
To officially label a Room as a "Kitchen", it must have a minimum of the following THREE pieces of furniture:
- Kitchen Sink
- Oven/Stove
- Fridge
Additional Notes[]
For a "Small Kitchen" only TWO pieces of furniture are required (Kitchen Sink and one of the other items).
Room Conversion[]
This room can be converted into a different room type when additional objects are placed (or removed) within it.
- Family Room with Kitchenette - Add a Sofa, Coffee Table, TV, TV Stand OR Kitchen Cupboard, Toy, Bookcase, and Carpet OR Picture
- Living Room with Kitchenette - Add Sofa and Coffee Table.
