Bathroom

The Bathroom is one of the many types of Rooms that can be created within House Flipper. A space must be completely enclosed within walls and lintels to be counted as its own room. A Room can only have one label at a time (can be seen in the middle right of the screen while standing in the room).

Every Buyer prefers to have at least 1 Bathroom on their property. The only exception is Lonewolf37 from the Apocalypse Flipper DLC.

Note: The Bathroom is different from the Toilet (room) which requires only a Toilet/Suspended Toilet/Urinal.

Requirements[]

To officially label a Room as a "Bathroom", it must have a minimum of TWO of the following fixtures:

  • Bathroom Sink
  • Toilet AND/OR Bathtub/Shower
    • "Toilet" can refer to any Toilet, Suspended Toilet, or Urinal
    • Bathtub OR Shower will work (or both)

A bathroom can include multiples of any Bathroom fixture (or one of each kind), as well as a Washer, and still be considered a "Bathroom." A Bathroom Sink (meaning a Kitchen Sink won't count) is the main requirement, and adding only ONE of any other bathroom fixture will cause the Bathroom label to appear.

Tips[]

  • A plumbing system must be installed for each of the required Bathroom Fixtures. The only exception is the Caeli Free-standing Sauna Shower Cabin which functions as a Shower.
  • All plumbing systems can be found in the “Installation” section. The Toilets, Sink, Bathtub and Showers are in “Bathroom Fixtures” section in the second tab.
  • The plumbing systems must be unscrewed before a Bathroom Fixture can be installed. This can be done by hovering over the plumbing system and following the button prompt.
  • Placing down a plumbing system with no Bathroom Fixture does not count towards the room requirement.

Room Conversion[]

This room can be converted back into a "Toilet" room if every fixture except for the Toilet/Urinal is removed.

Bugs[]

  • After fulfilling the requirements for a Bathroom, the sink can be sold without losing the Bathroom status. However, deleting the plumbing system for the sink will turn the room in a Toilet (room).
