The Closet is one of the many types of Rooms that can be created within House Flipper. A space must be completely enclosed within walls and lintels to be counted as its own room. A Room can only have one label at a time (can be seen in the middle right of the screen while standing in the room). This room type can only be in a room that is 12 m² or smaller.
The Buyer Gorgio Shanua loves this room type, and it is one of the best ways to get his attention.
Requirements[]
To officially label a Room as a "Closet", it must have a minimum of the following ONE piece of furniture:
- Wardrobe (must have "Wardrobe" in name)/Linen Closet
Room Conversion[]
This room is unable to be converted into a different (but still related) room, as any new key furniture/fixtures will instead replace the type. The closest type is a Bedroom.
