The Living Room is one of the many types of Rooms that can be created within House Flipper. A space must be completely enclosed within walls and lintels to be counted as its own room. A Room can only have one label at a time (can be seen in the middle right of the screen while standing in the room).

To officially label a Room as a "Living Room", it must be a minimum size of 11 m^2, and it must have a minimum of the following TWO fixtures/furniture:
- Sofa
- Coffee table
Room Conversion[]
This room can be converted into a different room type when additional objects are placed (or removed) within it.
- Living Room with Kitchenette - Add Kitchen Sink and Oven
- Family Room - Add TV, Carpet, Toy, Bookcase OR Picture, Kitchen Cupboard OR TV Cabinet
- Home Cinema - Add TV and Loudspeaker
- Man Cave (Room Type) - Removed Coffee table. Add TV, Enormous table, (Specifically The sofa should be: the Dererra Leather Sofa or the Wide Leather Sofa or Krabia Leather Sofa)
