The Children's Room is one of the many types of Rooms that can be created within House Flipper. A space must be completely enclosed within walls and lintels to be counted as its own room. A Room can only have one label at a time (can be seen in the middle right of the screen while standing in the room). This room requires a minimum size of at 9M².
The Jonson Family love this type of room. The single Male Buyers hate children toys and furniture, and so hate this room type.
Requirements[]
To officially label a Room as a "Children's Room", it must be a minimum size of 9M^2, and it must have a minimum of the following FIVE pieces of furniture:
- Bed
- Wardrobe OR Chest of drawers
- Bookcase
- 1 Toy
- 1 Toy
Additional Notes[]
If you are stuck at "Bedroom" label, ensure that all pieces are obtained from the "Kids" subsection within the store, and that you have at least 2 toys.
- Optional arrangement to conserve space: “Bambino bed with a desk” (patterned/light-colored/or dark-colored) and 2 toys. No bookcase or wardrobe required because it’s built into the bed!
