Recommended Buyers[]
- Jack Tarinton - Do not clean, only eliminate roaches. Remove all furniture (not fixtures) except for beds, couch, and coffee table. Add Monitor to Living Room, and add 2 single beds to each of the two empty rooms (until he says "4 bedrooms, what a great idea!").
- Smoth Family - Clean everything. Turn the empty rooms into Bedrooms.
