The Storeroom is one of the many types of Rooms that can be created within House Flipper. A space must be completely enclosed within walls and lintels to be counted as its own room. A Room can only have one label at a time (can be seen in the middle right of the screen while standing in the room). This room type can only be in a room that is 10 m² or smaller.

To officially label a Room as a "Storeroom", it must have a minimum of the following ONE piece of furniture:
- Shelf (Any)
Room Conversion[]
This room can be converted into a different room type when additional objects are placed within it.
- Laundry Room - Add Washer
- Office - Add Desk, Office Chair, Office Lamp, and Picture OR Carpet
- Home Library - Add additional Bookshelf, Armchair
- Family Room - Add Sofa, Coffee Table, TV Stand/Kitchen Cabinet, TV, Kid's toy, and Picture OR Carpet
