The Laundry Room is one of the many types of Rooms that can be created within House Flipper. A space must be completely enclosed within walls and lintels to be counted as its own room. A Room can only have one label at a time (can be seen in the middle right of the screen while standing in the room). This room type can only be in a room that is 15 m² or smaller.

To officially label a Room as a "Laundry Room", it must have a minimum of the following TWO pieces of furniture:
- Shelf (Any)
- Washer
Room Conversion[]
This room can be reverted into a Storeroom by removing the washer.
