The Home Library is one of the many types of Rooms that can be created within House Flipper. A space must be completely enclosed within walls and lintels to be counted as its own room. A Room can only have one label at a time. This room type can only be in a room that is 24 m² or smaller.

To officially label a Room as a "Home Library", it must have a minimum of the following FOUR pieces of furniture:
- Chair
- Desk OR Table
- 2 Bookcases
Additional Notes[]
- For the bookshelf, any furniture piece with "Bookcase", "Bookshelf", or "Bookstand" in its name will count. Hanging shelves or any regular Shelf will not count.
There's an odd detail where if you use a specific type of Armchair, the desk is no longer required. These chairs are: C3 bright-colored Armchair, Light-colored B1 Armchair, Armchair C3, Armchair B1.

Room Conversion[]
This room can be converted into a different room type when additional objects are placed within it.
