The first HGTV order is available under the "Map of Jobs" on the laptop once you have completed 5 orders. Once you start the order, the game shows the job backstory (detailed below) and a tip explaining the budget system.
Once completed, Stilt House will be available for purchase from the house browser on the laptop.

Are you ready to help John and Nicole renovate the house of their dreams? While the house is small, the view is amazing! You will have to make some decisions when it comes to room arrangement. The shack under the house is especially problematic.
