I thought: "Maybe my kids could take it, build it up, and have a place for their kids", but no. Why think of family! All they ever think about are computers and a successful career, leaving the plot empty..."
Almost only a garden is the cheapest of the houses available for the player to purchase and renovate in House Flipper. IT was introduced as part of the Garden Flipper DLC. As the name suggests there is very little on this plot other than the garden. With the "house" (more like a shed!) taking only 14m the rest of the ground is left to create a garden masterpiece.
