One of the Lot issues in House flipper is infestation with cockroaches. You have the option to disable this in the Game settings and instead see broken glass.
Sometimes the nests are hidden behind a carpet or a furniture. Once found you can activate the vacuum cleaner to gather the roaches and clean out the nest. Pay attention to the left top side of your screen for notification that enough roaches have been collected and the nest is now destroyed.
