The "House Building" tool is part of the Farm DLC. It is unlocked by completing the first Farm DLC job.

Tool Use

The "House Building" tool is used to build houses from scratch. The tool must be equipped, then missing information.

Additional Notes

• Once unlocked with the perk "You can design interior walls", you can pre build interior walls once you've laid down the foundation, before finishing building.
• To change a building you've built with the tool, equip the tool and hover over a wall of the building. A text will pop up telling you to press "E" to modify the building.
