Dear Mr. or Mrs.,
I've always loved my winter house - beautiful views and absolute privacy, what else could one want?
Unfortunately, the events of last Christmas spoiled it for me. Let's just say I gave my heart away like a fool and couldn't stand the festive surroundings. So I left the house as it was.
This year though, I met someone special I'd like to celebrate the holiday with once again. I don't have time to visit the place upfront, so could you prepare it for me? I think it'll only need some cleaning and decor changing.
