The "Leaf Blower" tool is part of the Farm DLC and is not available in radial menu, it only shows up when hovering over leaves that need to be cleaned up. It is unlocked by completing the job "Dreams-Come-True Miller's Farm".
Tool Use[]
The "Leaf Blower" tool is used to move leaves together, so it's easier to clean them up. By hovering over the leaves, a text on the screen will tell you to press "E" (default) in order equip the "Leaf Blower". Then hold down right click (default) to start blowing the leaves together.
Additional Notes[]
- Once you've collected all the leaves together, you'll need to switch to the Move Objects Tool to remove the leaves.
