Not everybody can pride themselves with such extraordinary views as the owner of the Cliff House. And a famous artist Lucille wanted to be that person for a long time. A dramatic divorce of a celebrity couple has finally made her dream come true since none of them wanted to live among the ghosts of their failed relationship. One man's misfortune can be another man's opportunity, as they say.

- I want it clean. Spacious. Basically everything it is not at this point.
