Running a business and being an account had been Morgan's whole life - until he handed over the whole company to his son and retired. To keep himself busy, he occasionally worked as a freelance consultant for his old friends.
Once he was asked to prepare a report on stray pets in Cozy Village. The numbers were frightening. Morgan felt he had to act. He is determined and knows what to do.
