Dear Mr. Peacey,
I need help with changing the upstairs floor plan in my summer house. Bring down some walls, then divide it into three bedrooms. Paint the walls, finish the floors, buy furniture - that sort of thing.
You might notice that I've done some work on the house already. I thought I would finish it on my own, but as I can only go there on the weekends, my plans turned out to be too ambitious.
Since I don't spend too much time in the house, I want to prepare it to be rented out to tourists. But I'd like to move in after I retire, so please make sure to deliver quality that will last me years.
