Dear Mr. Peacey,
My only grandson will be staying with me for a while and I want to prepare a room of his own. Sadly, he does visit often and I wish it would change. He is very dear to me.
My old bedroom in the attic should be perfect for this. I don't use it anymore since my knees aren't what they used to be, and it's not easy for me to climb all those stairs every day.
I've already cleaned it up a bit on my own, but I could really use some help with painting and furnishing.
