The Dining Room is one of the many types of Rooms that can be created within House Flipper. A space must be completely enclosed within walls and lintels to be counted as its own room. A Room can only have one label at a time.

Requirements

To officially label a Room as a "Dining Room", it must have a minimum of the following FIVE pieces of furniture:

• Table
• 4 Chairs

Room Conversion

This room does not directly convert into any other room type, but is most closely connected to the Kitchen. When other key furniture/fixtures in placed in the same room as a Dining Room, the "Dining Room" label is often replaced.
