The Mini Map is a small map off to the side of your screen that allows you to see dirt, trash, weeds, and mole hills that may be hard to see or are not easy to spot in the houses you are flipping. With upgrades and a DLC, you are able to see everything on the mini map that may be unwanted, or you can see your progress on the garden/house that you have been fixing/remodeling. The mini map is one of the items that you have at the start, but don't quite have a full use for until later.
