Weeds are plants that are listed on the mini map with a special icon compared to other plants. These plants are, in real life, invasive and unwanted flowers/plants. In-game, they are the same. You are able to remove weeds simply by clicking on them (PC only). Removing weeds is part of making a garden, but does not directly affect buyer opinions just like adding/removing anything in the lawn. In the entrance of a garden competition, removing weeds is a required step in order to get a higher score and better ratings, just like mowing the lawn. Weeds come in different sizes and appearances, so make sure to look out for them.
