The Multifunctional Room is one of the many types of Rooms that can be created within House Flipper. A space must be completely enclosed within walls and lintels to be counted as its own room. A Room can only have one label at a time (can be seen in the middle right of the screen while standing in the room).
Almost every single Buyer wants at least one bedroom, though most will have additional requirements of the Bed that is to be placed within the room.
Requirements[]
To officially label a Room as a "Multifunctional Room", it must have a minimum of the following TWO pieces of furniture:
- Bed
- Kitchen Sink
Additional Notes[]
Some properties, such as the Family house and The one to move in, have a Multifunctional Room instead of a Bedroom. In these cases, although there is no sink, it seems the mirror counts towards this label, and removing the mirror will turn it into a Bedroom. If that fails to work, it unfortunately means the label has bugged out and cannot be fixed.
Additionally the Kitty Soap Dispenser from the Pets DLC will convert a Bedroom into a multifunctional room.
Room Conversion[]
This room can be converted into a Bedroom if the Sink is removed, or it can be converted into a Kitchen by replacing the bed with an Oven OR Fridge.
