A yacht with an ocean view is one of the houses available for the player to purchase and renovate in House Flipper. It was introduced to the game as part of the Luxury DLC.

This house has 12 Rooms total in the default layout. The default rooms have the following labels:
Cabin (Basement)
Note that the Cabin is split into two, with two separate staircases.
Deck (First Floor)
- 2 Living Room (1 of these is just the exterior walkway)
Cockpit (Second Floor)
- 1 "Yacht Cockpit"
Renovation Tasks[]
- Dispose of garbage
- Mop/Sweep messes on floors and walls
- Wash windows
- Replace fixtures (radiators, toilets, etc.)
- Repair Controls (with hammer)
