"A hidden gem - a cozy house on a small island far out in the ocean. The previous owner is a renowned martial arts master, who left this place to start his own dojo."
"The former owner is not an ordinary hermit. The magazines, that he left in the house show, the martial arts are only one of his passions. This island has many secrets, but these mysterious balls are especially intriguing. They remind me of an old legend...”
The Turtle House is one of the default houses available for the player to purchase and renovate in House Flipper. This is a small property.

Golden Orbs ("Flipper Balls")[]

Once picked up the orb will disappear (and be held in an invisible inventory) until placed within its case (the hexagonal box found on the coffee table within the house) either one at a time or multiple at once. The locations of the orbs are as follows:
- 2 are separately hidden between the many clusters of boulders (exterior)
- 1 between the right wall of the house and a palm tree (exterior)
- 1 in the coffee table, directly under the case (interior)
- 1 in one of the Kitchen cabinets (interior)
- 1 behind the Bathroom door (interior)
- 1 under the leftmost bed in the basement Bedroom (interior)
Once all orbs have been secured within their case, interacting with the full set allows the player to partially control the day-night cycle around this property.
