This cozy house comes with three separate rooms, a kitchen, and a bathroom. Thanks to an open attic, a large patio, and a vast garden, no one will complain about the lack of space. It's been ages since anyone lived here. At least - any human being to be precise. There's so much to do, it would be easier to bulldoze the building than to bother with its renovation. The challenge is on, time to work, then!
