The Modern House is one of the houses available for the player to purchase and renovate in House Flipper. It was introduced to the game as part of the HGTV DLC. This is a large property and is unlocked for purchase after completing the job Last moving.

- 3 Bathrooms
- 1 Dining Room
- 1 Kitchen
- 1 Home Library
- 1 Bedroom
- 6 Rooms (1 is the room with just the bathtub in it)
