Bunker
All rooms in a bunker will always be labelled as "Bunker." Although they will always be called Bunker, they can still act as different room types depending on what furniture is within. The rooms within this bunker act as the following:

• 1 Kitchen
• 1 Bathroom
• 1 Bedroom

Note that the basement "Room" on this property does NOT count towards the bunker.

First Floor
The default rooms of the surface building have the following labels:

• 1 Living Room
• 1 Bathroom
• 2 Bedroom

Renovation Tasks

• Dispose of garbage
• Mop/Sweep messes on floors and walls
• Wash windows
• Eliminate Pests/Glass
  • There are 2 Nests in this property
• Plaster holes in walls
• Replace fixtures (radiators, toilets, etc.)

Additional Notes

• The 3 Buyers part of the Apocalypse Flipper DLC largely do not care what happens to any surface buildings not part of the Bunker.
  • The only exception is washing windows, removing garbage, and plastering the holes in walls which will give favor (green up arrows) for each Buyer.
    • Mopping/Sweeping in rooms that are directly above the bunker may also give favor.
  • Due to this aspect, the player can basically do whatever they wish to the first floor after cleaning up.
• Walls within a bunker CANNOT be demolished. You must work with the default room layout.

Recommended Buyers

• Ted Arrown - This bunker already has most of Ted's room requirements. Clean all, install new toilet. Sell table. Move Oven and Sofa from upstairs into bunker. Add TV and 2 Power sources.
