Ted Arrown is a house buyer who was added to "House Flipper" as part of the Apocalypse Flipper DLC available on PC. He will only appear as a buyer on properties that have an underground bunker.
Buyer Preferences
Each Buyer's favor is based on the rooms available, the space available in each room, and the addition of particular objects placed. Each buyer has their own preference, and tailoring a renovation to a specific buyer's likes and dislikes will cause them to pay more for the property. Listed below are actions and purchasable objects that will increase Ted Arrown's favor for the property.
This buyer largely only cares about changes and additions to the Bunker rather than any surface buildings.

- Garage with bunker - Clean all and add bathroom fixtures, then add his Object Requirements.
- Uncle's Bunker - Clean all, install new toilet. Sell table. Move Oven and Sofa from upstairs into bunker. Add TV and 2 Power sources.
- Ensure that all Objects are in rooms designated as "Bunker." Note that the basement "Room" on this property does NOT count towards the bunker.
