The one story building with office space for renovation, lately purposed as a laundry. Great location with direct access to the canal.

Closed Laundry is one of the houses available for the player to purchase and renovate in House Flipper. It was introduced to the game as part of the Luxury DLC. This is a large property.

Additional Notes[]

There are stacks of cash in the Storeroom hidden behind the wall of wardrobes.
2 of the "Rooms" would be labelled as a Laundry Room, except they are too large of a size for the label.
